For we are his workmanship, created in Christ jesus for good works, which god prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Epesians 2:10

From Marine to CEO to losing it all, and finding what matters most. If you would have told a young kid growing up in poverty that one day he would serve in three combat zones as a United States Marine, build successful businesses, lose everything, and then be restored by the grace of God he probably wouldn’t have believed you.
But that’s my story.
And it’s why I do what I do today.
The Marine Foundation: Discipline, Identity, and Mission
My life truly began to take shape in the United States Marine Corps. I served in three combat zones and finished my military career as a Marine Drill Instructor. The Marines taught me discipline, clarity of mission, and leadership by example.
In the Marine Corps, leaders eat last.
Mission first. People always.
Those principles shaped how I built businesses later in life and how I serve CEOs and business owners today in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and across Oklahoma.
But discipline alone isn’t enough if your identity isn’t rooted in the right foundation.
That lesson would come later, the hard way.

Building Success: The Wrong Way
After my time in the Marines, I built successful businesses. From the outside, it looked like the American dream. Revenue growth, leadership influence, financial success.
But internally, something was off.
I was driven, but not surrendered.
Focused, but not aligned.
Successful, but not submitted to God as Lord.
When God is not first, success can quietly become your master.
And eventually, everything I had built came crashing down.
I lost my businesses.
I lost financial stability.
I faced the humbling reality that talent and discipline are not substitutes for obedience.
It was the lowest season of my life.
And it was the best thing that ever happened to me.
When God Became Lord, Not Just a Belief
There is a difference between believing in God and surrendering to Him.
When I stopped trying to build my kingdom and surrendered to His, everything changed.
Not overnight.
Not without work.
Not without refining.
But God restored what mattered most, my identity, my purpose, my calling, and ultimately the work He prepared for me long ago.
Restoration didn’t just mean finances.
It meant alignment. I
t meant peace.
It meant leading from humility instead of ego.
And it reshaped how I approach business leadership forever.
Today: Serving CEOs and Business Owners In Oklahoma
Today, I spend my time helping CEOs, business owners, and key leaders build thriving
businesses without sacrificing their faith, family, or integrity.
I serve with C12 Business Forums in Oklahoma, the nation’s largest network of Christian CEO
peer advisory groups. Through C12 in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, I work directly with:
· - Growth-minded CEOs
· - Business owners navigating scale
· - Key executives stepping into higher leadership
· - Christian leaders who want their business to reflect their faith
C12 integrates business excellence with biblical principles, helping leaders build companies that
are profitable, sustainable, and God-honoring.
This isn’t theoretical leadership.
It’s practical, measurable business strategy combined with spiritual accountability.
In Tulsa and across Oklahoma City, I walk alongside leaders who want to:
· - Increase revenue and operational clarity
· - Strengthen leadership teams
· - Improve culture and accountability
· - Align business strategy with biblical values
· - Thrive both in business and in their walk with the Lord
Because success without alignment eventually collapses.
I know. I’ve lived it.
Why I Do This
I don’t serve CEOs because I have all the answers.
I serve them because I’ve made the mistakes.
I know what happens when:
· - Ego leads instead of humility
· - Growth outpaces character
· - Revenue grows but your spiritual life shrinks
My mission now is simple:
To help leaders build businesses God’s way so they don’t have to learn through unnecessary loss.
You can scale revenue and deepen your faith.
You can grow profit and grow character.
You can lead boldly and walk humbly.
But it requires intentionality, accountability, and surrender.
For CEOs in Tulsa & Oklahoma City
If you are a CEO or business owner in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, or anywhere in Oklahoma, and
you feel the weight of leadership…
If you want a confidential peer forum that challenges you professionally and spiritually…
If you want to build a thriving business that honors Christ…
C12 Oklahoma may be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
A Final Word
My story is not about business success.
It’s about surrender.
The Marines taught me discipline.
Business taught me responsibility.
Failure taught me humility.
But God taught me Lordship.
And now, I get the honor of helping leaders across Tulsa and Oklahoma City build businesses
that will last, not just financially, but eternally.
If that’s the kind of leadership you’re pursuing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
